They're used. Pre-owned. Previously loved by someone else. That's literally the entire point of our shop. Every item shows signs of its past life—scratches, patina, maybe a mystery stain or two. We describe each item's battle scars in detail, so read the damn description before complaining that your 1987 Cabbage Patch Kid doesn't look mint-in-box.

Our process is straightforward: we source hard-to-find items and perform basic cleaning to preserve their original state without compromising their vintage integrity. We do our best to describe the specific condition of every artifact so you know exactly what to expect before it reaches your cart.

We partner with reliable carriers including USPS and UPS to ensure your finds are delivered safely. While we process orders promptly, delivery timelines are subject to standard carrier transit times once the package leaves our warehouse.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?


We maintain a dedicated Returns and Refunds policy which can be accessed via the link in our website footer. Because we specialize in unique, one-of-a-kind vintage items, we encourage customers to review all product descriptions and photos carefully prior to purchase. All used items can be returned, simply request a return label from orders@thisoldthing.shop.
